How do we get to Aitutaki?
Air Rarotonga has several flights per day
How do we get from the airport?
If you tell us your flight details our manager will collect you. You can also have a rental car delivered to the airport for your arrival.
Are there shops nearby?
Yes a good small store is within walking distance, with a larger store near the wharf in the main village of Arutanga.
Do you provide towels and linen?
Yes all towels, both bath and beach towels and all linen is provided.
Are the villas serviced?
The villas are not fully serviced .We aim to service the villas every 3 days with extra towels being available on request.
What is the best way to get around the island?
Most guests like to hire a scooter/s or small car.
What places do you recommend for dinner and also which lagoon cruise?
In our villas there are books with many hints from previous guests. Also Trip Advisor is a good source of information.
What else should we bring?
Snorkelling gear, reef shoes, sunscreen and insect repellant. Lagoon cruises will provide snorkelling gear but if you want to go independently then you will need your own gear. Many guests bring BBQ meat in a chilled bag/bin, speciality food items, snacks, wine and ingredients to make cocktails. There are supplies locally and it is good to support the local shop keepers. Remember your weight allowance and this may limit what you can bring with you.
