Deposit and Cancellation Information

Due the small nature of our property we require bookings to be confirmed with a deposit and full payment well in advance of arrival.
To secure booking a 25% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance will be charged 60 days before arrival.
If your booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival then a full refund will be given. . Cancellation within 30 days will forfeit 25%, 15 days 50%. No shows will forfeit the total cost
If we are able to fill the villa with an alternative booking then a full refund will be given.
