Our rates are $300 per villa, per night for two guests, with each additional guest $50.

We do have a weekly special " stay 6 nights get the seventh night FREE" Just add this to your booking comments and your rate will be amended accordingly.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

As we are not a large resort (only 3 villas)  we need to confirm your booking with a 25% deposit. The balance will be charged 60 days before arrival. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival a full refund will be given. Cancel within 30 days then 25% will be forfeited, cancel within 15 days then 50% will be forfeited. No show will incur the forfeit of 100% of the booking costs.

If we are able to reallocate your villa to another booking then we will give you 100% refund.
